The definition of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) breaks down to three levels:
Neuro: is defined as the way we create our own mental map of the world.
Linguistic: is the language we use to give meaning to the information around our map of the world.
Programming: is how our brain has been trained to respond to the meaning that we have given to the information and how we can retrain it.
NLP can be used to bring about change to the way we give meaning to our experiences, how we view them, and how we respond to them. This can improve our personal growth, development and performance. R2T can offer this style of therapy which has had excellent results particularly in relation to fears and phobias. Helen is our trained practitioner in this therapy.
